Description

Each of the tributary E1/T1/E3/T3 or V.35 signal is encapsulated into configurable sized Ethernet frames or IP packets for transmission over the fast Ethernet port or the two Optical Ethernet ports.

Typical users include transportation, utility companies, government, universities, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and carriers extending data, voice, and video networks or backhauling cellular traffic. The cost of leased lines is a substantial recurring expense for service providers and enterprises. The benefit of replacing leased lines with TOIP-1600 translates into cost savings for the enterprise and a business opportunity for the service provider.
